Having trained in martial arts for over 30 years and Gracie Jiu Jitsu for over 2 decades. Doug has the experience on and off the mats to help you to get the most out of your Jiu Jitsu experience.

Doug has experience working with law enforcement and military personnel as well as training civilians. 

Doug has fought, and trained fighters for over to 20 years. His belief is that martial arts teach discipline, self worth, confidence, and teach us to live in the here and now. Living in the moment is a way of maintaining peace of mind.

> Joe Pascucci is a long time martial artist. He's trained in Philippino martial arts, judo, kickboxing and has been training under Royce Gracie for over 20 years. Joe is a black belt professor under Royce Gracie.

Joe is able to pass on details and teach techniques in a way that make it easy to get, and fun to learn.

 

> Instructor Katie Boiteau is a Royce Gracie black belt with 20 years of experience in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and is a veteran school teacher. She has a wealth of experience and is a great instructor. 

Rick Langley is a black belt under Royce Gracie. Rick has experience with the self defense curriculum and has a couple of MMA bouts under his belt. He is happy to pass on his knowledge and experience. Jiu Jitsu is his passion.
