Having trained in martial arts for over 25 years and Gracie Jiu Jitsu for 17 years, Doug has the experience on and off the mats to help you to get the most out of your Jiu Jitsu experience.
Doug has experience working with law enforcement and military personnel as well as training civilians.
Doug has fought, and trained fighters for close to 20 years. His belief is that martial arts teach discipline, self worth, confidence, and teach us to live in the here and now. Living in the moment is a way of maintaining peace of mind.
